>>Carol Douglas continued the review of Luke Timothy Johnson's THE CREED, with the class reading The Apostles' Creed and The Nicene Creed.

>>"What Dreams May Come" was the initial film for the new FILM NIGHT ministry in Jubilee Hall.  Watch for the announcements of future films followed by discussions.

>>>4/4 ~ Thanks to Don Hammer, Marilea Grogan & Bob Grogan for volunteering to be greeters this Sunday.  We need greeters for the 11th, 18th, and 25th.  How would you feel if you were a stranger coming to worship at Myers Park UMC, and no one greeted you?

>>>4/4 ~ Marie Pearce concludes the review of THE CREED!

>>>4/4 ~ Bishop Peter Storey will preach at the 9:45 and 11 a.m. worship services and will speak on "Truth, Reconciliation, and Forgiveness" at 7 p.m. in Jubilee Hall.

>>>4/4 ~ The Chancel Choir abetted by members of the Charlotte Symphony will present the Passion/Easter portion of Handel's MESSIAH at 4 p.m. in the Sanctuary.

>>>4/8 ~ Maundy Thursday Service in the Sanctuary, 7:30 p.m.  There will be a collection for Loaves and Fishes.
