Hello Everyone!!                                                                                         April 25, 2006

            That old Blue Comet is at it again!  On Thursday, May 18, he will be arriving at Lake Tillery for the 5th consecutive year.  Judy and Glenn are once more graciously hosting our spring/summer gathering.  We will eat around noon but feel free to arrive much earlier than that.  As usual, be prepared for a fun time.  It goes without saying there will be plenty to talk about and lots of things to share.  It’s amazing that we are never at a loss for words when we get together.

            Bette Lee will be bringing the barbeque and all the fixings again this year.  Don’t know what we would do without her.  The cost of the meal is $7.00 per person.  Please get your check to Nancy York by May 15.  That way we can order the food and let Judy and Glenn know approximately how many are coming.  As usual, we can accommodate some at the last minute, but we do need to have a fairly accurate count.  Feel free to bring your spouse or a guest…..the more the merrier!             Probably most of you know how to get there, but just in case Janet is enclosing directions.  With the cost of gas, some of you might want to carpool. 

            If possible, wear your t-shirt which you received at the 50th!  We would love to make some pictures with everyone decked out the same.  This is not required, but we thought it would be fun.  Also, if you have pictures from the 50th which we have not seen, please bring them to share with the class.  All in all, it should be a fun day.

            Again, we would like to thank Judy and Glenn for sharing their beautiful home with us.  It’s always special to go there. 

            Please make this day a priority and encourage all classmates to do the same.  It’s always fun, and we don’t want anyone to miss out.  Remember, “Time’s a moving on!”
