We are very pleased you have elected to join Broach Sports Tours on our December 27-29 trip to New Orleans featuring YOUR Carolina Panthers vs. the Saints.

We will meet at Charlotte-Douglas International Airport in front of the USAirways ticket counter at 9:30 am.

Look for our host holding a Broach Sports Tours sign. You will be given your airline tickets at that time. BE

SURE YOU ARRiVE NO LATER THAN 9:30 AM.

Your luggage should have your name and address on it and it will be checked at the ticket counter. It is your responsibility to claim your luggage upon arrival in New Orleans and give it to our porter to be transported to the motorcoach.

Friday

9:30 am Meet in front of USAirways ticket counter

10:50 am Depart from Charlotte on USAirways flight #965

12:03 pm Arrival in New Orleans (Central Time)

1:30 pm Check into Hotel Monteleone — French Quarter

Friday night you are on your own for dinner at one of New Orleans’ many great restaurants. After dinner you’ll enjoy wandering through The French Quarter. You may want to try The House of Blues for Jan music after dinner.

Saturday

10:00 am Depart hotel for New Orleans city tour. You’ll love our specially selected New Orleans guide as she shows us all the sites.

1:00 pm Return to French Quarter for lunch

7:00 pm Dinner at the Hotel Monteleone.

Our Panther personality will give us a pit-game report.

Sunday

9:45 am Depart hotel for the Superdome

12:00 pm Panthers vs. Saints

6:10 pm Depart on USAirways flight #1465

8:53 pm “Touchdown” in Charlotte
