Subject: AIDS Caregiver Kit Event - Q&A

Please check out the (4-minute) video on the World Vision website:
<www.worldvision.org/caregiverkits>
On LEFT side of the screen that pops up, CLICK on the VIEW VIDEO.

Q:  How/where do I sign up to assemble a kit?
A:  There is NO sign up -- simply SHOW UP!  Palm Sunday in Jubilee Hall --  anytime between 9:30am - 1:30pm.

Q:  How long will it take?
A:  Since we've not attempted this before, we're not sure of what the wait time in line might be; however, the actual assembling a kit should take about 10 min.

Q:  How can I contribute monetarily?
A:  There are donatation envelopes at various locations around the church -- reception desk in PLB lobby, on the two display tables (PLB lobby + sanctuary hall), in the pew clips in the sanctuary, in the attendance books at Church in the Round, on the back table in Jubilee Hall, in SS classrooms -- but you don't have to use a special envelope. You can mail/bring in a check -- payable to MPUMC, w/CAREGIVER KIT on the memo line -- $28 per kit (or ANY amount is welcome).  Or you can pay by credit card at the church website <www.mpumc.org> -- just remember to indicate what it's for.

[I would suggest paying BEFORE Palm Sunday so that all you have to do that day is put together a kit, BUT... you can even pay by CREDIT CARD on the event date!]

Q:  How will the kitting process work?
A:  Unlike the church group seen in the video, each of OUR church members will get an empty kit container and go from table to table, putting in the items needed to complete one kit, finishing by writing a personal note of encouragement for the caregiver who will receive the kit.

Q:  What if my family contributes several kits?  Do we go through several times?
A:  That will depend on your family size, ages, and ability of family members to carry the containers... and if you have the time to go through the process more than once.  Your choice.

Q:  What if I'm physically unable to walk through and assemble a kit?
A:  You can still contribute the cost of one or more kits and offer prayers for those assembling the kits as well as for the caregivers in Swaziland who will receive the kits.
