I am testing my mailing list. The following folks have committed or are in

the process of being signed on again for this year's Room In The Inn:

Friday Night Dinner - Ann Copeland has agred to be responsible for the

food- Coordination preparing/getting it to church. Will not be involved in

serving/ Hosting

teers:

Friday Night: Dinner and Evening Hosts : Mel & Cristina Halpern; Janie

Jones; Wilma Miller; Others being contacted

Wes & Ginny; Joe Hamrick (for evening or Saturday AM)

Friday Night: Overnight - Jack Copeland. Nhora being contacted; could use

another volunteer.

Saturday AM: Connie & Durward Owen (Connie being asked for coordination of

breakfast food, etc); Reatha Andrew; Bill & Marie Pearce

Chick Thompson and Don Redding on the overall prospect list.

Van Drivers: Fri & Sat: Jim Hatfield and Willard G; Durward for Saturday

AM.

For those of you listed above, if I have not properly shown the time and job

you have accdepted, please let me Syd or me know. You have been accustomed

to Syd's effective organization skills so please be patient as I try to

convey messages when not in Syd's presence to guide me.

Thanks for agreeing to participate again this year Also, I am sure I have

missed a name or two of persons who had indicated their wish to participate.

If any of you see a missing name, please let Syd or me know.
