Support the Troops

In an effort to do what we can to support our troops, Ownbey Class members can, periodically, send “care packages” (shoe box sized parcels containing goodies for the troops) to boost the morale and welfare of those who have put themselves in harm’s way for our country.

Below is a suggested list of items (you may think of others) that can be sent in the form of “care packages”:

Pre-Paid Phone cards - the more the better!! Toiletries - tooth paste, deodorants, and the like, DVDs - appropriate, recent movies, or classics Paperback books - light reading / adventure / mysteries etc.

Candy / Cookies / Brownies - Wrap securely and keep in mind that these items will, most likely, be subjected to desert heat. Cheese Nips - a special request from Capt. Sills.

Cheese Wiz & Crackers - ditto.

Frisbees - by the score would be nice.
