Hello Don,
Link to bus locations:
http://www.townofchapelhill.org/transit/special/tarheel_express.html
The Jones Ferry Park and Ride lot is located on Old Fayetteville Road
(the road that runs behind Carrboro Plaza and Foodlion). Come from I85 on
Highway 86 to Carrboro plaza. If you were
to leave the Parking Lot behind Carrboro Plaza Shopping Center and
turn Left onto Old Fayetteville Road, go through the traffic light,
pass the entrance to University Lake on your right, then turn into the
Park-n-Ride Lot on your right. The zip code for Jones Ferry is 27510..
Service begins 1 hour and thirty minutes before the game starts, and runs until 10
minutes before the start-up time of the game.
There is a 15-501 lot located at the Southern Village Park & Ride lot located
on 15-501 south of town. The zip code for Southern Village is 27516.
If you need additional directions/instructions, please give us a call
at 968-2769, and our dispatchers will be happy to assist you.
Thank you for your time and attention,
C. Hinton

Hi Chapel Hill Transportation
I have been to your link at
http://www.townofchapelhill.org/transit/special/tarheel_express.html
but I still do not know where the Tar Heel Express Jones Ferry pick up
site is located.
I often used the Carrboro Plaza lot but have been unable to figure
out where the Jones Ferry pick up spot is.
What is the street address so I can search on Yahoo for directions? Or
maybe you could give me a link to a map you have on line.
Also what is the same info for " the Southern Village Park & Ride lot
located on
15-501 south of town."
thank you
