E)    Nominating Committee. Bob and Marilea Grogan will head the Nominating Committee for 2003. Other members of the committee will; be named soon. Let them or Dsr know if interested in being on Committee or serving Ownbey in 204.

F)     Health and Happiness –

G)    Health and Happiness Policy: Discussed and voted approval on new policy. It includes  dedication to hymnals to class mates that pass away and transfer of $20 from general fund to Project Fund, president now responsible for follow-up with visitors, extended family to be included with shut ins. The Chair of the H and H  Committee will 1> Receive and report news of class members, 2> Send birthday cards to class members, 3> Handles special needs of class members per  the Health and Happiness Policy.
